The POS-1 processor Overhauser sensor is designed to measure the magnetic field induction module with data output via the RS232 port. It operates as part of a standard PC or a specialized DLPOS field recorder. The operating principle is based on the Overhauser effect with polarization by a constant field, similar to proton precession magnetometers with higher characteristics. Many years of experience in using POS series magnetometers have proven a high level of reliability and confirmed the declared characteristics.

The POS-1.2 magnetometer is approved for use in the Russian Federation and registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under №79451-20. ТУ 26.51.12-002-02069208-2020.
